Building Blocks On Water

Mengwa Flood Storage Area utilizes low-lying areas to temporarily store flood water and discharges it after the flood situation eases. Frequent floods have affected the living and economic conditions of local residents. In order to deal with the problem, I designed a floating refuge community according to this situation.
